Amber & Joe - Dreamy, Romantic Green Bay Wedding

I met Amber and Joe on a chilly January day just after Christmas. I adored Amber from the start, she stole my heart when she described her desire for her wedding photos to be like artwork, to be displayed around their home, but also to make her feel something as it documents one of the most important days in a couples' life. That right there described what I try to see, to feel when I push the shutter on a wedding day!

Amber and Joe planned to have an early fall wedding with rustic and elegant details. And when September 8th rolled around, it couldn't have been a more picture perfect fall day! A bridesmaid described it as perfect hair and make up weather - YES! And speaking of bridesmaids, they were such a bubbly and happy bunch in their matching robes, sipping mimosas, showering love and enthusiasm on Amber as she prepared for her day!

The ceremony took place at the awesome Old St Joe's Catholic Church on the St Norbert campus. I love how couples married there are literally surrounded by loved ones to support and encourage them as they start their life together!

After the ceremony we headed to the waterfront (bridesmaids, you rock for taking on the terrain in heels!) for some pictures then the bus bravely took on road construction to deliver us at Lost Dauphin Park. What a hidden gem! The sun was shining through the trees and turning everything gold and soft for Amber and Joe's time together. What an unforgettable and breath-takingly beautiful moment to have before celebrating with their guests at their reception at the Marq!

The reception was exquisite! Strings of lights twinkled above crisp white tables with matching chair covers. Pops of seasonal flowers in vases on the tables drew eyes to the framed photos with a special memory attached. Bonus points that the memory featured the associated table number! An adorable plank and barrel table loaded with desserts, gorgeous and gourmet presentation of the dinner; they treated their guests to a wonderful night! I also loved how Joe and Amber did their first dance before dinner, they had the room for those tender moments.

From the first moments of the day, through the joyful and emotional speeches, it was such a meaningful, beautiful and perfect day! Congrats Amer and Joe!

Joe, collected and relaxed, ready to marry his beautiful bride!

Proof that guys don't always go to the bathroom by themselves. They save it for special occasions!

These shoes...!

I love the rustic elegant details Amber brought into her day!

Dress time!

Ahh! How adorable is this little lady and her groomsmen admirers?!

Could Joe look any happier as Amber approaches, I don't think so!

Introducing Mr and Mrs Faulds!

A barefoot bride strolling with her groom on a sunny afternoon, love!

Joe got the guys super hero socks, so we had to show some ankle.:)

Amber added the lace straps to her dress, I think it completes the elegance perfectly!

So gorgeous, girl!

Celebrating on the bus!

Welcome to the Marq!
